Delta Steel is a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Company, one of the largest metals service center companies in North America and provides value added metals processing services and distributes a full line of metal products to a broad range of industries.

Delta Steel is currently interviewing experienced 10-20 Ton Overhead Crane Operators with a Steel Service Center or fabrication environment background. Candidates must have previous experience operating a remote-controlled Overhead Crane in a Steel Service Center or fabrication environment. Individuals must also possess:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 10-20-ton overhead crane is a plus. We are willing to train if no experience

* Pay Rate depends on experience

* Able to work:
Hours for Day shift position 5am-5pm, Monday-Friday and for Night Shift position 5pm-5am, Monday-Friday

* Ability to stand, lift, climb and perform various other physical functions

* Display the ability to use manual hand tools, including wrenches and clamps

* Display the ability to use basic measuring devices, including tape measure and micrometers

* Display the ability to accurately use basic math skills

* Observe all workplace safety rules and regulations

* Build Orders

* Organize materials

* Operate an overhead crane

* Move steel beams to appropriate

* When job duties are not required, the individual must be able to perform the duties of another job function as determined by the supervisor.

* A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team

Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
