Overview

Clinical Trainer / Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based ABA Therapy at Behavioral Innovations – Cedar Hill Treatment Center.

Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
The center's Clinical Trainer will train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs, ensuring that training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. This role collaborates clinically with BCBAs to ensure each Therapy Team operates effectively and efficiently while guaranteeing progress according to BACB clinical requirements. All new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive training according to BACB standards and comply with the company’s training program.

All training milestones must be completed as specified.

Compensation: $45,000

• Must have at least one-year early intervention experience in the field of ABA (external)
• Previous leadership experience supervising employees
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Must be RBT IV or higher (internal)
• Time management, observation, and analytical skills
• Ability to receive detailed information through written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn and implement new skills, and to train others
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Reliable transportation is required
