• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for clients in the home (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility/transfer support, light housekeeping, meal preparation)
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan; document completion
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
• Remind clients to take self-administered medications
• Report changes in the client's condition to ensure quality care

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a CNA, HHA, or PCA, with professional references
• Alzheimer's/dementia care experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of current car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
