PC Home Health is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to join our team as On-Call Caregivers. On-call caregivers are vital to ensuring continuity of care for our clients. As an on-call caregiver, you will receive $75/day for each on-call day you commit to, provided you are available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you are called in to work a shift, you will receive an additional $10/hour for the hours worked.

On-call caregivers must remain available during their selected days and cannot refuse work assignments. Failure to fulfill your on-call commitments will result in forfeiture of the $75/day on-call pay.

Selected Shift Options: Sunday
- Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday

• Be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on selected on-call days
• Fill in for any last-minute call-outs to ensure continuity of client care
• Provide quality caregiving services, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities
• Use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team
• Document client care and report changes in condition promptly

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility equipment
• Must be dependable and committed to on-call responsibilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
