As an Automotive Mechanic / L-1 Master Technician, you will:

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs with precision and care.
• Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and translate them into actionable solutions for our customers.
• Honestly assess vehicles and create detailed estimates for necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle concerns and the solutions you provide.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure they feel valued and informed.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment that reflects our commitment to quality.
• Conduct thorough courtesy inspections to ensure our customers’ vehicles are safe and reliable.
• Utilize manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA) to master your craft.

We seek technicians who are:

• Team-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Flexible and focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Capable of flagging 60+ hours per week.
• Quick to master factory scan tools.

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience with ASE certification.
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially with driveability issues.

• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed.
• Dexterous enough to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willing to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
