We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Truck Driver / Yard Jockey in Waterloo, IA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exercising safe and efficient practices when operating equipment, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations.
Preferred 1 year of spotting and/or 1 year of tractor‑trailer driving experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely moves and service to our customers and team. At Lazer we are driven to achieve!

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all regulations.
• Maintain timely and reliable delivery of freight.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Lazer Logistics.

• Valid CDL A license.
• 1 year of spotting and/or tractor‑trailer driving experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work a predictable shift schedule and home‑daily routes.

• $23.00 per hour PLUS $1 shift differential
• $1,500 limited‑time retention bonus opportunity
• Opportunities for overtime after 40 hours
