Ruan is hiring a half team of Class A CDL drivers to complete a team to haul for our dedicated customer, Target, based out of Cedar Falls, IA. Enjoy no-touch freight on this account.

Drivers are paid $0.83 per mile split and $30 per stop split while averaging 4,500+ miles per week. Earn $119,000 per year per driver.

Be home weekly with a consistent schedule from Thursday to Monday. Enjoy consecutive days off! This opportunity has a 4‑8 p.m. start time on Thursday.

Drive a newer 2024 or 2025 Freightliner Sleeper Cab with a power inverter and double bunk. This operation has a shop on site that provides regular maintenance and cleaning. This position is no-touch freight.

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

• 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
