Location:

Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Starting wage: $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Shift schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday 7 am–11 am.

• Host with the Most: greet residents, create welcoming dining environment.
• Peppy Prepper: prepare tables, salads, roll silverware to support service.
• Titan of Tidiness: bus tables, sweep floors to maintain pleasant community.
• Appetite Anthropologist: communicate with supervisors and wellness team when changes in appetite are observed or residents miss meals.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and communicate in English at 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude, love for residents.
• Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
