What You’ll Do:Provide direct nursing care and guidance to staff across all levels
Identify and educate staff on infection control and prevention practices
Lead and support the MDS process, including scheduling and transmitting assessments
Supervise direct care staff and help them achieve shared goals for resident care
Administer medications, treatments, and follow physician orders with precision and compassion
Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and team members about resident needs and care progress
What You’ll Need:Graduate of a state-approved RN program
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (or willingness to complete)
Successful completion of the state‑mandated supervisory course within 6 months
Preferred:
Experience with MDS processes
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
