UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting an experienced NP or PA to join our Express Care team in Waterloo, Iowa.

PRN to assist with additional coverage for vacations, leaves, and access. Concierge urgent care model. Clinic open 8am–8pm, 365 days per year. No call requirements. Work with experienced staff. No appointments necessary. Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.

• Provide coverage at Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Waverly, and Marshalltown Express Clinics.
• Provide medical treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Execute excellent assessment skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Offer high quality care to all ages.
• Offer select diagnostic tests (X‑ray, lab, etc.).
• Prescribe treatment, refer patients for follow‑up care, and educate patients.

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Board Certified.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of IA.
• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as required for the Advanced Practitioners field of practice.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
