. You will provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices and lead customer-focused teams to accelerate seasonal tax business. This role is not remote and requires in-person work. You will start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to full-time from January through April, with evenings and weekends as needed.

• Provide leadership and development for associates across three tax offices
• Deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve office growth objectives for three offices
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
• Create associate work schedules, ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management across all offices
• Travel between offices as required
• Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, including developing local partnerships and community involvement
• Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions
• Conduct timely performance reviews and coordinate with the Associate Relations Center to address performance concerns
• Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching across all offices
• Prepare tax returns as needed after successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment

• People management experience with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
• Ability to execute growth plans and lead toward a growth culture
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills; capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)
