Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart
, you will supervise hourly team members, deliver store remodels on time and within budget, and collaborate with store associates and cross‑functional stakeholders. The role requires frequent travel and night shifts.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Own the execution of store remodel projects and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for associates.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track.
- Travel up to 1,000 miles and work overnight shifts (10‑12 hrs).
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10‑12 hrs. Expect to travel up to 1,000 miles; away 80% of the time or 17‑21 days at a time.
Base Pay$60,000.00 – $ per year.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
- Reliable transportation.
- Master's degree in Business.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and ethics.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and build stakeholder relationships.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance recognition.
