• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

• Hourly rate of $15.25 and a full benefits package for full‑time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
