What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Directly coach and manage field staff to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance
  • Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key industry leaders and partners
  • Lead the development and execution of Account Plans for assigned owners
  • Ensure the timely delivery of solutions and services that align with customer needs
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or an agricultural-related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry or direct sales/marketing experience, including 1-2 years of people leadership experience
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of growth in value-added product sales
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in all aspects of cooperative business portfolios (Energy, Grain, Ag Inputs)
  • Demonstrated success in interacting with senior-level executives and developing business plans
