Assisted Living Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Assisted Living Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in supporting resident services, scheduling, record keeping, and daily front desk operations in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, relay messages, and provide general assistance
  • Maintain accurate resident records, schedules, and daily billing information
  • Assist with medical appointment scheduling and communication with families and departments
  • Support resident services, including mail, packages, supplies, and maintenance requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
  • Keep reception area organized and professional
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and clerical skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
  • Prior receptionist or clerical experience preferred
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends and holidays
