Rite of Passage is hiring a Case Manager for Lava Heights Academy in Toquerville, Utah.

Lava Heights Academy is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate as educated young women who have overcome challenges and made healthy choices for themselves and their future.

Pay
: $20 per hour.

What you will do
:

• Administrate, develop and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your caseload.
• Report to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager, and/or Program Director depending on location.

Requirements
:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in case management with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies.
• Eligible ROP driver: current State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule
:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
