- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions, and monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service to customers; seek product knowledge to answer questions and identify selling opportunities.
- Follow policies and procedures to minimize shrink.
- Assist in supervising, coaching and training of Front End Associates; participate in training of new Cashiers and use tools to coach and develop others.
- Escalate customer issues at the first level as needed; support Head Cashier with price checks, POS transactions and markdowns across mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services and Tool Rental.
- Preferred qualification: 1+ years of Cashier experience.
