Overview
General job duties: This individual will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and cleaning one ultra-filtered system.
Responsibilities- Applicant must have the ability to multitask, including operating, testing, adjusting, and monitoring the system and product for quality and quantity; ensure all product batches meet lab specification.
- Assist maintenance staff when needed.
- Be willing to learn the process system to troubleshoot and maintain it.
- Become familiar with the function and maintenance of the valves, piping, tanks, and CIP systems.
- Maintain logs, charts, processing records, regulatory records, and seals.
- Be computer literate.
- Shift may last up to 12 hours.
- Perform any other duties as designated by supervisor.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible with schedule.
- Applicant must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
