Assistant Attorney; Prosecutor

CEDAR CITY CORPORATION is seeking a qualified individual to fill the Assistant City Attorney position. Job Closes February 16, 2026.

Under the general direction of the City Attorney, the Assistant City Attorney prosecutes violations of State law and City Ordinance, as well as defending the City in civil matters in State Court. Acts as counsel and advisor to the City of Cedar City and its various departments and boards as needed.

Salary Range: $95,750 - $144,105. The City participates in the Utah Retirement System and provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
