Assist in the supervision of MSRs to process teller transactions and balance accounts, ensure quality service while achieving sales and quality objectives. Maintain compliance with credit union operational policies and procedures to meet the needs of the members.

ScheduleFull Time;
Monday - Friday 8:40am - 6:15pm;
Rotating Saturdays 8:40am - 2:15pm

- Exhibits outstanding member service skills (AAA) and exemplifies MACU values and philosophy while fulfilling responsibilities as a supervisor
- Oversees MSR operations to ensure teller transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Coaches MSRs on AAA and ensures quality member service within the branch
- Assists Branch Management in developing methods to track and measure MSR productivity, accuracy, sales and service
- Conducts monthly and quarterly certifications
- Maintains and balances cash, Vault, ATM, various MSR logs and all branch cash operations
- Performs MSR duties in accordance with established policies and procedures as needed to serve members
- Balances cash drawer daily
- Assists in the daily operations of the branch
- Represents the credit union in a professional manner, both in dress and actions
- Creates and maintains the MSR schedule
- Complies with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC, Regulation DD and related regulations

ExperienceAt least two years of branch or related experience
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, Trainings- Must meet all Branch Progression training expectations of an MSR II
- Items to be completed generally within the first six months:
- MAU Financials
- New Account Training
- Understanding the Generations Training
- Branch Mentor Training
- Basic computer operating skills
- Beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Symitar experience
- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
Has supervisory responsibilities that are usually partial or part time, and/or restricted to assigning work and supervising the efforts. Trains and coaches members within their team. May assist in giving input on candidates for employment, performance evaluations and salary reviews.
OtherSkills and Abilities
Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and regulations with ability to sell the services of the credit union. Ability to supervise and direct the work of others to provide quality service. Previous MSR experience. Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Physical Abilities / Working ConditionsPhysical Demands:
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently;
Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally. Vision:
Close vision and distance vision. Weight Lifting:
Up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Environmental:
Moderate noise (business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
This Job is not eligible to be performed in Colorado or Connecticut, either remotely or in-person.
