Zenith Management Inc. is a new local firm here in the Roanoke area. We are looking for both a Customer Support Specialist as well as a potential leader that is motivated by growth and management opportunities. We start all of our Customer Support Specialists at the entry-level position and require that they hold every position of every person they will be managing.

This ensures that only the best is managing the campaigns within our organization.

• Assist customers directly with sales transactions, product selection, and promotional event information
• Train with a personalized trainer on business development, product information, and marketing strategy
• Represent the brand with professionalism and offer exceptional customer service at every opportunity
• Participate in collaborative learning by being present at office meetings, Zoom calls, and providing constructive feedback from personal experience with working with various clients.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and professional goals
• Knowledgeable about our clients and their campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team member
