Our client is seeking a proactive and organised SMSTS Grounds Supervisor for a long-term project in Catterick.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day grounds maintenance and landscaping activities on newbuild homes
• Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team of grounds operatives
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Coordinate effectively with site management and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with site safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and support onsite audits

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification (essential)
• First Aid qualification (essential)
• Fire Safety training/experience (essential)
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Experience supervising teams on construction or newbuild housing sites
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
