• Provide client assessments
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance, adjust as necessary
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers
• Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability of ABA procedures
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance and remedy identified deficits or weaknesses
