We are currently recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in and around Caterham
. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain hands‑on classroom experience, though experienced Teaching Assistants are strongly encouraged to apply
.

As we work closely with schools across Croydon, we are always recruiting
, meaning start dates can be anytime depending on availability and school need.

• Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Working with pupils with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs (depending on placement)
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

• 8:25am - 4:05pm
• 8:30am - 3:30pm (Hours vary depending on the school)

• A full-time commitment only
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process one
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Graduates or aspiring teachers are ideal, but experienced candidates will be strongly considered
