Azienda specializzata in sistemi per la gestione delle utenze domestiche seleziona un/una Addetto/a alla Consulenza Clienti.
La figura selezionata supporterà i clienti nella scelta delle soluzioni più adatte.
Mansioni:
Rispondere a richieste e consulenze dei clienti
Fornire informazioni tecniche e commerciali sui prodotti
Gestire ordini e appuntamenti con i clienti
Collaborare con il team commerciale per garantire un servizio completo
Requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa in ruolo commerciale o customer care
Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
Diploma di maturità
Conoscenza strumenti informatici
Offerta:
Contratto apprendistato di 2 anni con possibilità di inserimento stabile
Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì
Formazione retribuita sulle soluzioni aziendali.
