Position responsibilities include:
- Greeting everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Presenting the Orange theory Fitness concept to interested individuals
- Managing front desk tasks, including answering phones and engaging with members
- Providing studio tours
- Collaborating with trainers to guide newcomers through their first workout
- Selling memberships to support studio growth
- Following up with prospective clients
- Addressing members’ concerns professionally to reach resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
