Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve our signature cream puffs according to Beard Papa's standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
  • Take customer orders accurately, in person, online and over the phone.
  • Clean store and equipment to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform cash register duties with accuracy efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store stock.
  • Promote products and services to customers, demonstrating knowledge and passion for the Beard Papa's brand.
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment and assist fellow team members as needed.
    • Job Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Food handler's card or the ability to obtain one.
