As a Sales Advisor based in a brand new branch that we are opening in Castleford you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude

• Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location

• Some delivery driving will be required to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our local customers

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Some Saturday working may be required, 8am-12 (paid as overtime).

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Prior customer service and sales experience is essential

• Confidence in engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone

• A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
