Timberland:
Seasonal Sales Associate - Outlets at Castle Rock. This role supports the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment. The position focuses on delivering great customer service, helping to drive sales, and maintaining store standards.

• Exemplify an optimistic and energetic presence through team collaboration and building strong relationships with customers by introducing and encouraging enrollment in the loyalty program.
• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a one-stop resource for customers, offering product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customer needs.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
• Assume cashier duties as needed.
• Assist in the execution of Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Support overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.
• Ensure products are available and presented according to visual guidelines; help ensure the store is recovered and customer ready each day.

• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and adapt in the workplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.

Hiring Range: $15.81 - $22.08 USD per hour.
