Primary PurposeThe successful individual will leverage their retail proficiency to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote the Kate Spade new york brand experience.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales goals.
- Develop deep product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate in‑store business‑driving events.
- Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance service and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register counting, bank deposits, and facility security.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Availability to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical requirements:
standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, comfortable climbing ladders.
- Experience in luxury goods retail.
- Experience in brand ambassador or customer‑facing leadership roles.
