The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as providing support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms and resets promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-demand times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding (strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required to complete assignments.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively and complete all training.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if age-appropriate).
• Drive a vehicle as needed.
