Senior Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Spencer's. This role is hourly, with a rate ranging from $19.16 to $19.41 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage.
• Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with store operations and day‑to‑day tasks.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per shift.
• Commitment to a part‑time schedule of up to 38 hours per week.
