Overview
This is routine custodial work involving the care and housekeeping of the Robert
A. Christensen Justice Center. Work involves varied responsibility for participating in the performance of a variety of tasks including cleaning, minor maintenance and repair tasks, and room set-ups.

- Maintain all floor surfaces.
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies.
- Dusts and polishes woodwork and furniture.
- Cleans and maintains all interior building surfaces.
- Collects and disposes of trash.
- Secure building nightly.
- Operation, basic maintenance and adjustment of mechanical custodial equipment.
- Report all maintenance issues to Lead Custodian.
- May be required to perform basic maintenance
Generally a high school diploma or GED equivalent and knowledge of the proper use and safety of cleaning supplies and tools or equivalent.
Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations- Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire, with complying insurance. Review of motor vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout employment.
- This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check including fingerprinting through a national database.
