The maintenance associate role is to help maintain a clean and safe environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance and ensuring a positive first and last impression for customers. This role involves being on your feet and moving throughout the shift and maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a great customer experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies as needed.
• Contributes to a positive member experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
