Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time: In person, Mondays & Fridays with required availability after school
  • Pay Range: $60,000 – $100,000 (Based on experience)
  • Compensation Guarantee: Enjoy bi-weekly pay with a guaranteed compensation for your first 30 days—so you can focus on building your caseload without worrying about your paycheck

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
  • Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid DORA license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
  • Completed PRAXIS
  • 3+ years of experience as an SLP
  • Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
  • Availability to work after school hours
