Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: In person, Mondays & Fridays with required availability after school
- Pay Range: $60,000 – $100,000 (Based on experience)
- Compensation Guarantee: Enjoy bi-weekly pay with a guaranteed compensation for your first 30 days—so you can focus on building your caseload without worrying about your paycheck
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
- Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders.
- Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid DORA license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
- Completed PRAXIS
- 3+ years of experience as an SLP
- Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses
- Availability to work after school hours
