Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, by providing in‑home and community based ABA services. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Types: Part‑time (late afternoons)

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week with potential to increase
