• Hourly Compensation Range:
• • Bachelor s degree in related field: $20.00 - $26.00 based on years of relevant experience.
  • Master s degree in related field: $27.00 - $30.00 based on years of relevant experience.

• The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Psychology Technician is responsible for delivering comprehensive high-quality evidenced based care to clients requiring structured mental health treatment in an outpatient setting under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical license provider.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health and substance abuse issues in Clients under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical licensed provider.
• Administer psychological testing under direct supervision of a credential clinical licensed provider and reviews all critical items from assessments prior to a patient leaving the clinic.
• Complete thorough behavioral health intake and triage assessments under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical licensed provider.
• Provide crisis prevention assessment and interventions to include administration of extended C-SSRs, crisis response plan, review coping skills. Coordinate or assist with acute or residential admission under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical licensed provider.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a focus on promoting recovery and addressing clients  unique needs under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical licensed provider.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care under the direct supervision of a credentialed clinical provider.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes under direct supervision of credentialed clinical provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of Clients interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with Family Care Center standards under direct supervision of a credentialed clinical provider.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to enhance communication and coordination of care.
