This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Professional based in Castle Rock, CO. The Mental Health Professional will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, offering therapy sessions, conducting medication management consultations (if licensed to do so), and supporting patients using holistic and integrative approaches. The professional will work collaboratively with clients to support their mental health goals and ensure care aligns with best practices.

• A strong background in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic methods
• Demonstrated skills in behavioral therapy, holistic approaches, and patient-centered care
• Proficient in communication, active listening, and fostering collaborative relationships with clients
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant credential in the state of Colorado
• Experience with telehealth and knowledge of technology-based mental health services (preferred)
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring ethical clinical practices
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare documentation requirements is a plus
