Fast-paced, premier aesthetic medical practice seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to add to our team.

Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, have a strong work ethic and the ability to calmly assist multiple patients interchangeably. We’re looking for an ambassador with an outgoing professional personality and is accountable for providing the highest level of service at The Skin Company.

Job Summary

The main duties of the Guest Experience Specialist are greeting guests, answering any questions and phone calls, recommending products and services, and coordinating the schedule for all providers. The Guest Experience Specialist will also complete the following tasks with additional duties to be applied:

  • Greet and check in all clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality (HIPPA compliance).
  • Independently answer phones, online inquiries, and schedule clients through our booking system
  • Collect and process payments; balance the register daily
  • Educate clients on medspa treatments, memberships, and retail products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and consent forms
  • Coordinate staff schedules, room assignments, and daily flow
  • Manage inventory of retail and office supplies
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand standards at all times
  • Maintain a professional relationship with each client and understand the importance of setting proper expectations for anticipated results
  • Stay up to date with the latest treatments and products offered at The Skin Company
  • Work with clients on education and activation of our membership program
  • Maintain provider rooms, inventory, and office cleanliness
  • Clean up and sanitize treatment rooms at the start and end of each day
Required Skills
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with others
  • Demonstrate skills in verbal and written English communications
  • Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy (POS systems, EMR/CRM software, Google Workspace)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain excellent client relationships and professional/caring conversations
  • Fluent with email, text messaging, and a variety of internet platforms
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • A compassionate and forward thinker
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality, spa, or medical office front desk
  • High school diploma or equivalent / Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skin care products and aesthetic treatments
