Job Description:

Provides assistance to teachers in working with students, clerical tasks, and other functions. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.

• Occasional lifting, huyện (5–50) pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for 90 minutes
• Ability to run short distances
• Frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, and sitting

• Assist teachers with classroom assignments to support the instructional process.
• Assist students individually or in small groups with lesson assignments, reinforcing learning concepts and helping students reach academic goals.
• Report observations and incidents relating to specific students (e.g., accidents, fights, social behavior, rule violations, safety conditions) to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Administer minor first aid to meet immediate health care needs.
• Mediate student conflicts to ensure a safe educational environment.
• Perform general clerical tasks to assist teachers with instructional material.
• Monitor students in various settings (classroom, playground, field trips, library, lunchroom, bus loading/unloading) to provide a safe and positive learning environment.
• Maintain instructional materials and files to ensure availability and meet mandated requirements.

Minimum Hire Rate: $16.78 USD Hourly

Full Salary Range: $16.78 USD – $25.86 USD Hourly
