A well-established global logistics partner is seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and transport operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain environments who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains
Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage bookings, shipments, and associated documentation in line with company and compliance standards
Track deliveries and proactively resolve operational issues or delays
Maintain accurate records using logistics and transport management systems
Support continuous improvement across logistics and operational processes
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
General Warehouse Duties
Skills & Experience

IAE (International Aero Engines certification) & (ODA) Organization Designation Authorization essential

Experience with in inbound and outbound of Aircraft parts.
Previous experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working with systems, data, and operational documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a pressurised environment
Proactive, solution-focused approach
Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:30 (every other Weekend on call, call out fee supplied)
£30,000 - £34,000 DOE +ODA allowance £600 P/A
