Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Overtime

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing HVAC contractor based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
This role is ideal for an engineer with experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, VRV and VRF systems across commercial environments.
The business delivers installation, service and maintenance projects across Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville and the wider Midlands, supporting clients across retail, hospitality, industrial and commercial sites.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or HVAC Service Engineer looking for a stable long term position with strong earning potential.
The Role
The Air Conditioning Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and fault finding across a range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Work will primarily be across the Midlands region including Coalville, Leicester, Loughborough and Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
Working on split systems, multi splits, VRV and VRF systems
Refrigeration servicing, repair and maintenance
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
Attending commercial sites across the Midlands
Completing service reports and job documentation
Ensuring work is carried out safely and to industry standards
Requirements
F Gas certification
Previous experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or HVAC Engineer
Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
Strong fault finding and diagnostic ability
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Package
£45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
