37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08:00–16:00 and Friday 08:00–15:30.
LocationMobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands (Based at Memorial House).
Salary£32,963 per annum
The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join the bathroom works team working in within the emh properties across the East Midlands.
The Ideal Candidate- Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- A Full Driving licence is essential
- Broad experience working on day to day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties, in relevant trade
- Able to undertake full range of plumbing installation and repairs including void works, reactive property works, cyclical program works and air source central heating systems.
You will be able demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.
The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
