This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Tech/Gas Compressor Mechanic, located in Casper, WY. The role involves conducting equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on gas compression units. Responsibilities will also include executing repairs, maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance, and adhering to safety regulations and protocols. The position requires regular interaction with other team members, operators, and project stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency.

Must be available for Call Outs and On-Call rotation.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and overall maintenance tasks
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair procedures
• Practical expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing operational issues
• Strong understanding of safety guidelines and best practices in mechanical work
• Ability to work independently in a field setting and communicate effectively within a team
• Prior experience with compression units, machinery, or equipment maintenance preferred
• Technical certifications or training in mechanical or industrial fields are a plus
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

• Must be fit for duty for the job tasks being performed
• Must meet the medical requirements necessary to wear PPE required by role
• Constantly required to display good manual dexterity and to reach with hands and arms
• Constantly required to talk and hear
• Frequently required to sit while driving or using a PC
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, and twist with good balance
• Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 65 pounds, push and pull up to 110 pounds
• Occasionally required to carry at least 40 pounds with one hand for at least 10 feet
• Occasionally required to crawl, climb in and around equipment, stairs and vertical ladders
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Drives and works in inclement weather for extended periods
