Our Installation and Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing, installing, modifying, and upgrading telecommunications systems and related equipment. Join our innovation building and delivering a fiber‑rich internet connection to people’s doorsteps.

• Upgrading and maintaining current telecommunications systems.
• Evaluating customers’ needs and installing telecom systems that best meet those needs.
• िये routine tests on telecom systems to ensure all components function optimally.
• Performing diagnostic testing to identify and resolve faults.
• Checking all wiring work to ensure it looks professional.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels on truck to meet customers’ needs.
• Investigating and resolving customers' complaints in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in the telecommunications field preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, internet software, e‑mail, and database software. вот>
• Must complete a background check and drug test prior to employment.
• Ability to work while standing most of the time, walk over all types of terrain and in all weather.
• Ability to carry tools and equipment, including ladders and tool belts.
• Ability to work in tight spaces while bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to carry, climb, and operate an extension ladder (approx. 28’ & 75 lbs).
• Ability to differentiate between different sizes and colors of wires.
• Ability to perform work in elevated places (roofs and utility poles).
• Ability to use drills, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools.
• Ability to work with small components }],
• Ability to use close vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus.
• Ability to work in poorly vented areas and extreme temperatures.
• Ability to move, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reachlegte

• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds.
• Physically able to work with computer and test equipment.
• Ability to work in environments with dust, dirt, noise, insects, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to work safely near power lines and electrical equipment.
• Ability to drive company vehicles safely.
• Must meet physical limit requirements of personal protective equipment, aerial lift equipment, ladders, and/or gaffs used in this position.
