• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; correct/report unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area; handle claims and returns; zone area; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures: comply with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking; clean the area; monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors; report issues.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in freezer/cooler/deli stocking.
• Customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Hourly wages range from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus potential premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
