Overview
Position:
Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 3157)
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr the actual pay will be based on skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Monitor product quality through proper rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Comply with company policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and colleagues, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change.
- Assist with club pick-up orders and staging to ensure accurate selection and staging per policy.
