Contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties.
Take property photos and record details and overall condition.
Submit survey reports online through the designated system.

Qualifications

Reliable car to drive to inspections.
Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
Smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet.
Basic computer and communication skills.
