This order will have 2 weekend shifts for every 4 week schedule. BLS and ACLS is required!

Requirements
·
Must have a minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience (with
recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]·
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC,
or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
·
No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED]

·
RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the
first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]

Candidate driver’s license to verify residency

Flu Vaccination:
Medical and/or
