Your Role as an LPNAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
- Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout your employment.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with the requirement to keep it current during employment.
